Larry "Joe" Pelaez Career firefighter in South East Texas. Proud husband and father of two sons, Joe has dedicated his life to serving the communities he lives in and works for, having started his fire service path in high school as a Junior Volunteer Firefighter in Bridge City. In his last 4 years as a career firefighter in Port Arthur, he has shown his dedication to his brother firefighters and his citizens with a perpetual willingness to go the extra mile in not only work and training but mentorship of new probationary firefighters. In that time his drive and motivation has made him instrumental in at least 3 "grabs" as well as positively influencing the lives he encounters in countless other ways.
